First Resolution

The following be accepted as the Statement of Purpose

"The Chapter's purpose is to promote an increased knowledge of and greater
interest in the educational, artistic, and scientific aspects and applications
of modern computing in computer graphics and to provide a means of
communication between persons having an interest in computer graphics
through the organisation of events and the collection and dissemination
of information."
